All Returns & Exchanges have to be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thread-connect.co.uk, please subject the email as "Return Order: (Order number) . Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the returns form for you to fill out nad place inside the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we do not cover the return shipping cost and the initial shipping fee is non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service to send your return.

As soon as an order is made our warehouse begin processing it meaning we cannot cancel or modify orders once placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you remove tags before inspecting your items and informing us of a defect or issue, we will not be able to accept your return. Please leave all tags attached and Contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and solve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if in stock. Alternatively, you can request an exchange and note the item you require on the returns form.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and settle the refund but this should be within 3 working days.

 

Please be aware we do not offer returns on Trainers, Socks or Underwear due to hygiene purposes and any items featuring in our clearance sale will also not be eligible for a return.
